Avaloq Business Analyst | Contract

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution design.
• Validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements, particularly in regional or multi-location implementations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support change initiatives by ensuring solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline.
• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience working with one or more banking and investment platforms such as Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, or FinIQ.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting solution design, requirement validation, and testing activities.
• Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
